By using Fay’s photography services as described in the booking confirmation, both the Photographer and Client acknowledge and consent to the following policies:

1. Photography Services

   The Photographer agrees to take photos for the Client on the agreed date, time, and location. Details of the session (such as duration and package) are confirmed at the time of booking. In the event of any unexpected circumstance that may affect the scheduled photography session (including but not limited to illness, emergency, severe weather, or unforeseen conflicts), the Photographer or the Client agrees to notify the other party as soon as possible. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session to a mutually agreed-upon date at no additional charge.

2. Copyright & Photo Usage

   All photos taken are the copyright property of the Photographer.

   The Client receives personal use rights, meaning you can print, share, and post the photos on social media (with credit appreciated but not required).

   The Client may not sell, edit heavily, or use the photos for commercial or business purposes without written permission from the Photographer.

   The Photographer may use some images for her portfolio, website, or social media to showcase work. If the Client prefers your photos not to be used publicly, please let the Photographer know in writing before the session.

3. Liability Waiver

   The Client understands that photography sessions may include movement or being in different locations, and agrees to take care during the shoot.

   The Client releases the Photographer and any assistants from any liability for injury, accident, or loss that might occur before, during, or after the session.

   The Photographer is not responsible for damage to clothing, personal items, or equipment brought to the session.

4. Pricing

   Price Changes: Prices for Fay’s photography services are subject to change without prior notice.

   Booked Services: However, the price for a service that has been booked and confirmed with a deposit will be honored at the rate in effect at the time of booking.

   Future Orders: Future orders will be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
